This immersive, in office shadowing experience designed for practitioners who want a deeper, real-world understanding of surgery recovery and lymphatic-focused bodywork. Participants will spend a full day observing and engaging in clinical recovery sessions, gaining insight into how surgery recovery care is applied across different procedures and healing stages.

The day includes hands on exposure, guided observation, Q&As with clients, and structured round-table discussion, allowing participants to see how assessments are performed, how treatment plans evolve, and how techniques are adapted based on surgical type, tissue response, and recovery timeline

Hosted by Jessica Meirs, Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Cosmetic Surgery Therapist. Jessica has been a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist in NJ for 16 years, working as a solo practitioner since 2013. She became certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage in 2017 and immediately saw the gap in care for people who had undergone surgery. She expanded her education by studying and taking classes all over the US in Scar Tissue Management, Fascia remodeling, cadaver study, Lymph and Scar tissue cupping, Advanced MLD, and several Cosmetic Surgery Recovery classes and official Certification. She now has a practice that incorporates modalities for a wide variety of surgeries.

Surgery Recovery Shadow Day – $300

This immersive, in office shadowing experience is designed for practitioners who want a deeper, real-world understanding of surgery recovery and lymphatic-focused bodywork. Attendees will observe a variety of surgeries, including but not guarenteed knee replacements and other orthopedic procedures, cosmetic surgeries such as liposuction or mommy make overs, and complex vascular surgeries. 4-6 hours. In office.

1:1 Consultation – $175

This one-on-one private session is a dedicated space for your questions. Whether you need feedback on specific clients, guidance on treatment planning, or clarity around challenging cases, we’ll address your concerns in a supportive, confidential setting. Held via an online meeting, this session is fully tailored to your needs so you can leave feeling more confident, informed, and clear in your work. 45 minutes. Virtual meeting.

Private Mentor Program – $700

Take your skills to the next level with Private Mentorship. This program provides ongoing 7 days/week support and guidance over the course of one month. Quick reply answers are just a text away and with weekly check-ins, we’ll review client cases, refine treatment plans, and make thoughtful adjustments based on client feedback and outcomes. In addition to clinical support, we’ll focus on building and strengthening your practice, helping you grow with intention and confidence. This program is ideal for practitioners looking for consistent mentorship, accountability, and personalized guidance as they evolve their skills and business. 4 weeks.
